This policy describes how the website optiq.cz We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Act No. 110/2019 Coll.

2. What data we process

• Identification details: first name, surname, company name, ID number
• Contact details: email, telephone
• Content of the inquiry form report (inquiry description, location, number of fibres)
• Technical data: IP address, visit source (UTM, gclid), page URL

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

• Processing your enquiry and communication with the interested party, legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Record management business contacts and offer archiving, legitimate interest.
• Compliance with statutory obligations (accounting and tax regulations) - Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
• Website visitor analysis (Google Analytics, Google Ads) - legitimate interest in improving services.

4. Retention period

Data from request forms are retained for the period necessary to process the request and any subsequent business relationship, but no longer than 5 years from the last contact. Accounting documents are archived for the period prescribed by law (generally 10 years).

5. Recipients of data

Personal data is disclosed only to processors who assist us in operating our services:

• Resend (email delivery)
• Cloudflare (hosting, DNS)
• Google (Analytics, Ads, Workspace)

We do not transfer data to third countries outside the EU/EEA beyond the guarantees provided by GDPR.

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• to erasure (the right to be forgotten)
• to restrict processing
• to data portability
• object to processing based on legitimate interest
• file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz)

7. Cookies and analytics
